(ingredients vary) - We are continuously fermenting vegetables here, each batch a little different than the last. This is where you get to see our new experiments using our favorite vegetable sources across southern California to create tangy, sometimes spicy, delicious probiotic vegetables. One of the aspects we love to focus on which makes our vegetables special is a long fermentation process. Most of our batches are fermented longer than 6 months before you ever see them out for sale.

Fermented Vegetables and Fruits Juice
(ingredients vary) - for every batch of Fermented Vegetables we make, about %15 of it is just juice at the end. Given that we only add salt to the vegetables to begin with, this is just an amazing tasting fermented veggie juice. We add a little bit of our own housemade fruit vinegars to it to round it out and bring some lift to the savory saltiness. Use in dressings, dips, soups, and as a digestive aid.
